Turhan Cemal Beriker (NL), graduated in Management Science (BSc) in the Faculty of Engineering at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey in 1990. He started his career as Management Trainee in Interbank AS the same year. Between 1992 and 2011, he worked for Fiba Group – Finansbank subsidiaries in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany. He was appointed as the CEO to Finansbank (Holland) NV in 2001 and subsequently held board member positions in the Dutch bank subsidiaries in Romania, Switzerland, the UAE and CIS region, as Fiba Group rebranded and regrouped its international network of banks as Credit Europe Bank NV.
Mr. Beriker founded Kiltoprak Financiers NV, active in corporate finance advisory in 2011. He has also held several independent board member positions including QNB Leasing AS (QNBFK:TI), QNB Yatirim Menkul Degerler AS. Mr. Beriker was also an independent board member of Turkey’s Petkim (PETKM.IS).
Jasper van Rossum joined Kiltoprak Trust Company N.V. as a Client Director in November 2020. He has over 15 years of experience in the corporate fiduciary and administrative services sector.
After obtaining his degree notarial law at the University of Amsterdam, he started at a recently incorporated small trust office, where he strengthened the legal department and assisted in acquiring the obligatory trust license.
Subsequently, Jasper joined Citco, where he has worked for over 13 years. After working for six years as a senior lawyer in the multinational/corporate business line, he moved to Citco’s private equity/real estate department where he became a team leader, heading teams consisting of (senior) lawyers and accountants. As such, Jasper gained broad experience in servicing Dutch SPV’s for stock-listed companies and PE/RE funds.
Gülşah Tuba Ünlü, born in 1983, graduated from Economy and Public Administration programme at İstanbul University. She started her career at Deloitte and worked there between 2006 and 2014. During her experience with Deloitte, she led financial audits of largest private banks of Turkey and participated in various due diligence projects.
Between 2014 and 2015 she worked for the largest investment bank of Turkey as a head of consolidation and financial reporting. She directed subsidiaries’ financial management & reporting teams as the finance teams in subsidiaries.
Between 2015 and October 2016 she worked for Mazars Denge Denetim as an audit director. During her experience with Mazars, she led financial audits and consolidation process of largest manufacturing companies of Turkey and coordinated various due diligence projects. She also was a member of Mazars Technical Services.
Tuba joined Kiltoprak Financiers N.V. as of 1st of August 2016 as a Director.
Doğuş Yetkin Kılıç, born in 1986, holds bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from İstanbul Technical University. He started his career at PwC and worked in audit and advisory services between 2007 and 2013. After 2 years of director role in Aktif Investment Bank, he joined SK Holdings in Turkey as head of Business Development and Investments. Doğuş joined Kiltoprak Financiers N.V. as of 1st of July 2020 as Business Development Director. Doğuş holds a CPA license, he speaks Turkish and English.
Robert van de Pol is an experienced financial professional with a good understanding of the Fund Administration / Accounting field. His 15 years experience in this field brought him in-depth knowledge in accounting and taught him to be practical in finding solutions / decision making. In addition he is strong in client services and building / managing relationships.
Robert started his career in 2002 with ABN AMRO Trust Company and subsequently joined Citco Fund Services in 2005 where he went on to manage a team of up to 15 financial professionals as Senior Account Manager of Hedge Fund Operations. From 2016 till 2018 Robert worked at CB Richard Ellis as Finance Manager and joined Kiltoprak Trust Company at the beginning of 2018.
Robert has a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the InHolland University of Applied Sciences in Alkmaar.
Hande Gümrükçü is an experienced Administrator with specialization in Switzerland. Having graduated from Istanbul University (BA), she brings her localized expertise and efficient approach to Kiltoprak Swiss Operations.
